Allied Trustee Services was founded in 1993 with a clear mission: help California community associations collect delinquent assessments while treating homeowners fairly. We saw too many collection agencies that either couldn't navigate California's complex HOA laws or took an unnecessarily aggressive approach.

We chose to focus exclusively on HOA assessment collection in California because we believe specialization matters. The Davis-Stirling Act, California Civil Code requirements, and local regulations create a unique legal landscape. Our team knows this territory inside and out.

We also understand what's at stake. When assessments go unpaid, communities suffer. Maintenance and repairs get deferred. Reserves go unfunded. Pools close. Insurance costs rise.
