We're Here to Help You Find a Solution

Receiving a collection notice can be stressful. We understand that life happens—job changes, medical issues, unexpected expenses. Our goal isn't to make things harder. It's to work with you to resolve your account in a way that works for everyone.

You Have Options

If you've received a notice from Allied Trustee, it means your HOA has asked us to help collect past-due assessments. This doesn't mean you're out of options. In most cases, we can set up a payment plan, and foreclosure is always a last resort that requires board approval. The sooner you contact us, the more options you'll have.

There are several ways to resolve your account. Choose the option that works best for your situation.

Understanding Your Notice

Collection notices can be confusing. Here's what the different notices mean and what you should do.

Pre-Lien Notice

This is typically the first notice. It means your account is past due and you have 30 days to pay or set up a payment plan before a lien may be recorded. This is the best time to act.

Lien Notice

A lien has been recorded against your property. This is a legal claim, but your home is not immediately at risk. You can still pay off the balance or set up a payment plan to have the lien released.

Notice of Default

This is a more serious notice indicating foreclosure proceedings have begun. You typically have 90 days to cure the default. Contact us immediately—options may still be available.
